I was looking into a witch, similar to a Studio Giblihi movie that hadn't started. I was inside this witch's story and looked further into what would happen. In the story, I would eventually make her powerless. Alongside me looking into this story, a black girl came out of nowhere and was very interested in what I was doing. After we saw the story, other black individuals came out of nowhere and we told them the story but also told them we couldn't finish it for them. They had a party to go so both the girl and I hopped into their car and drove to the party. It felt like a coege scene though I'm out of college. When I got to the party, they were playing music I enjoyed such as A Tribe Called Quest. However, there was an announcer saying that if you don't have this pass then you have to buy one at the front. I asked them if they already had passes and they said they did but it was mailed to them. Even the girl I was initially with. I was fine with buying it so I went to the front and bought my pass. It was $10 so not very expensive. However that's when I woke up.
Your dream is a fascinating blend of magical themes, social interactions, and nostalgic elements, each contributing to its unique narrative and emotional landscape. Here's a detailed interpretation:
The Witch and Studio Ghibli Influence: Dreaming about a witch, especially in a context similar to a Studio Ghibli movie, suggests a journey into a whimsical and fantastical realm of your subconscious. Studio Ghibli films are often associated with themes of adventure, transformation, and self-discovery. The witch here could symbolize mystery, power, and the unknown aspects of yourself or your life that you are keen on exploring.
Power Dynamics: Your role in the story—eventually making the witch powerless—could reflect a desire or perceived need to confront and overcome challenges or perceived authority in your life. It might indicate your readiness to take control of situations where you feel overpowered or wish to assert your autonomy.
The Appearance of the Black Girl: The sudden appearance of the black girl, who takes an interest in your activities, might symbolize unexpected support or collaboration in your waking life. Her presence indicates your openness to new friendships or alliances that appreciate your perspective and are eager to explore possibilities with you.
Telling the Story and Incomplete Tasks: Sharing the unfinished story with others may highlight a sense of unresolved matters or projects in your life that you'd like support in completing. It could also reflect a communal desire to share ideas and experiences with others, even if the journey is not yet complete.
The College Party Scene: The setting reminiscent of a college scene, despite you being out of college, could signify nostalgia for a period in your life characterized by freedom, discovery, and social interaction. You may be longing for or reflecting on a time when life felt more vibrant and less burdened by responsibilities.
Music Choice – A Tribe Called Quest: The music you enjoyed, known for its thoughtful, soulful, and nostalgic beats, might represent your current feelings or desire for connections that are meaningful and enriching, or a reconnection to your roots and identity.
The Announcement and Buying a Pass: The need to have a pass, which you didn't initially have, can be interpreted as facing barriers or needing validation to enter certain spaces or communities. Your willingness to buy the pass signifies your readiness to invest in your social life or personal growth, acknowledging that some achievements or joys might require effort or investment.
Awakening with an Unresolved Storyline: Waking up before the story ends or the party unfolds can point to a feeling in your waking life of plans being interrupted, or an anticipation of continued exploration. It reminds you that certain narratives in life are ongoing and the conclusion is yet to be written.
Overall, your dream seems to convey messages of empowerment, social curiosity, and the joy of connection. It might inspire you to continue exploring untapped potentials, to nurture meaningful relationships, and to embrace both nostalgia and progress in your life's journey.
